The rolling surface is of non-varnished wood.
For Outdoor use or if you want to increase it's lifetime, we highly suggest to give one or two protective coats (e.g. varnish) on the whole element (check your varnish for rolling comptability before you coat the element's rolling surface).

Skatesmart is a specially for skateboarding developped laminate which is highly resistant against weather, mould and thousands of hot skating sessions. Noise absorbing. Perfect for outdoor use.
